OVERVIEW

Project — Juntos, meaning “together” in Spanish, is the vision of an agency friend who sought to redesign and reimagine a traditional style of shoe from his native Ecuador. The project encompassed complete brand development, from storytelling and visuals to creative and aesthetic guidance for the footwear itself.

Strategy & Creative — Our aim was to create a product that told its own story. With a focus on comfort and environmental responsibility, we incorporated local materials into the shoe’s construction, including coconut and banana tree fibers and, most notably, alpaca wool for the liner. Beyond the product, we developed a visual identity, brand story, packaging, e-commerce website, and numerous touchpoints to engage customers.

Results — The homegrown brand has attracted investment, media attention, and strong sales, supported by a growing social media following and strategic partnerships that are propelling it forward.
